Johan Asklund is the founder and CEO of Trade Well AB. John has over 20 years experience in business development in a investigation and consulting firm. In addition to the daily leadership of Tradewell, Johan has a lot of power and energy in developing new business concepts and the new measurement system IMPULSE. He also works extensively with sales and development for major customer projects.

Nils-Gustav Paulson has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative studies. In the past he has managed to develop effective measurement systems that have worked and are tailored for each customer's specific needs. Nils-Gustav has also worked with advertising, information and marketing services.

Pierre Deflon is principally engaged in business development and change processes in companies and organizations. He uses the concepts of identifying, mapping and support of change against clear objectives to achieve his goals. In practice, this is seen as channelling employees’ desire, energy and expertise into the company's business processes to make things happen. Frequently these efforts lead to trimming operations, learning in groups, coaching, manage analysis and conflict management. Pierre is a licensed psychologist, licensed in SHLs testing tools as well, and Susan Wheelans GDQ helps diagnose the groups’ maturity and effectiveness.

Tommy Westerberg works with business development. This makes Tradewells measurements a natural basis for the improvement of corporate operational and strategic work. The goal is to increase the customer perceived value by improving organizational climate and hence the profitability of customers. Tommy is a graduate and has a bachelor of science in the field of organizational psychology. He also has an MBA. Tommy has extensive experience in operational and executive positions within the industry.

Johan Holst works as a consultant with sales, implementation and analysis of studies on customer attitudes, people and brands. John has many years experience in leading companies and as a consultant. He is an IHM market economist and partner in the Tradewell AB. He is also active in the Tradewell sister company Sell Master as sales manager.

Ulrika Hallberg is an associate professor and a researcher. She is frequently engaged in lecturers and tutors in various scientific methods. Ulrika specializes in qualitative methods based on in-depth interviews. She has conducted and published over 30 scientific articles as part of her research. Ulrika's role in Tradewell is to be a discussion partner and adviser in the conception and implementation of various surveys.

Linda Larsson is field manager and responsible for the operative field work at TradeWell. In other words, this means that she is in charge of recruitment and education of interviewers for different projects, which are performed in variety of languages. Besides making sure that TradeWell has the right interviewer for a specific project, she also performs project evaluations to assure high quality of the field work. In addition, Linda also works as a project manager for surveys among both customers, and employees. Linda has a Business Economist degree from IHM Business College, and an Associate in Arts Degree from Santa Monica College, USA.

Elin Connysson works as a project coordinator with the implementation of customer and employee surveys, and also manages report production. Elin has a many years of experience in this industry and has worked in similar roles in other research companies. Peter Hellman works as a project coordinator in the Tradewell AB. Work as a project coordinator is varied. There is plenty of client contact and internal contact with the sales personal, consultants and field department. Peter has a qualified MBA and has studied in the United States, Spain and New Zealand.

Josefin Falkevi is the project leader in productions. She coordinates and implements the measurement of the different phases. Josephine works well with employee measurements as well as customer measurements. Josephine has a diploma in economics with specialization in organization and health promotion.

Johan Fridsell has a long history as a Nordic Manager, President, Division Manager and Sales Manager of Swedish and multinational companies in many different industries. He has worked in companies where the owners have had demands for radical increase in profits and / or other appropriate structural changes. At the foundation of his work, he has spent a lot of time with Tradewells surveys. Johan Frid Sell has a very strong position in helping customers identify the right things and make the right decisions. On this basis John provides professional advice to customer management teams in achieving necessary goals.
